The employees are all absolutely kind and amazingly nice.

Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was twin.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. I found the staff very kind and helpful and the location in the Jardins was exactly what I needed. I used the swimming pool, which was a little small but nice anyway. Breakfast was delicious, and I thought the quality of the food was very good.

I would have like to have coffee in the room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a bustling city. It was located in a great neighborhood, close to the sea of skyscrapers. The area was quite and safe, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the stunning view from the rooftop pool. It was a great base for exploring the city's shopping areas for essentials.

One downside was the limited availability for late checkout, which was a bit overcharged.

They say on web site about king size bed, and they have just a queen size. Also those roons are very small.

The location was superb. Alameda Lorena is a beautiful, treelined street with some lovely architectural structures - a photographer's delight! All amenities, including a supermarket, fashionable boutiques, restaurants, cafes and public transport were on our doorstep. We felt safe walking around both in the daytime and the evening. The room, which was located on the 16th floor, was clean, quiet and comfortable with a touch of luxury. There was a huge range of tv channels, several in the English language. The staff were helpful - one or two spoke reasonable English. The buffet breakfast was good. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and this would rate as one of the best, at a very reasonable price.

This hotel has nothing exceptional but you will get a fair level of confort, services and food in a good and safe location for a reasonable fare. On the plus side are the free Internet, confortable beds and a good level of soundproofing.

Prices at the mini bar made me laugh. Of course one would always expect higher prices for this service, but... Charging 3 or 4 times higher for the same stuff you can find at the 24h gas station 50 meters to the right of the hotel made me feel like they think of theirs gests as preys. Internet is free and fast but there is no wifi access in the rooms (ethernet-only). Wifi is available at the lobby but I didn't test though.
